#1 Factor in Workout Routines for Men
Time is a precious commodity and I believe improving your health and your body should enhance your life and not have you spending hours in the gym. The good news is that research is shedding light on some very time efficient ways to achieve the goal of improving the way your body looks. Make no mistake about it, hard work will be involved but we will take advantage of what science has to say and combine this with working smarter and not mindlessly working harder.
The best fat burning workout routines for men does not involve long and boring cardio. Like the 80’s this era is over. I have no idea why people still persist with the hours and hours on the treadmill. Research has emphatically proved that high intensity interval training (HIIT) to be superior in cardiovascular benefits and fat burning benefits to slow steady state cardio. HIIT involves alternating periods of high intensity with lower intensity periods. You could do 30-60 seconds of all out activity on the exercise bike then have 90-120 seconds of lower intensity peddling and repeat the cycle 6-12 times.
Muscle Building Workout Routines for Men
When we design muscle building workout routines for men we must first define what type of look we are going for. The big and bulky bodybuilder look is not the way to go. For starters this level of muscularity is unattainable for many. Clothes fit poorly with such a bulky physique and many females find it unattractive. A more functional athletic look will not only be more desirable to the opposite sex but will also allow clothes to fit you nicely. Think Daniel Craig in Casino Royal or Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity.
The only workout routine that tailors for this “Hollywood” look is Visual Impact Muscle Building by Rusty Moore. The program utilizes some unique training methods by combining different repetition ranges to stimulate different types of muscle growth. Low repetitions stimulate more dense muscle what is called myofibrillar growth and medium repetitions results in more bloated muscle or sarcoplasmic growth. Properly cycled and combined with some smart dieting it can create an amazing illusion of a ripped physique.
The muscle building and fat burning workout routines for men outline above is just a brief introduction. I hope to have exposed you to some new concepts of exercise that you may have not heard about before. There is a whole world of efficient and results producing exercise that is often only discovered by a small handful in the fitness community. My goal is to make more people aware of this information so they can achieve their fitness goals in the shortest time possible. Hope you have enjoyed this explanation of workout routines for men.

Great stuff on building muscle without getting the bloat meat head look. I’m a big fan of Rusty’s work and think Visual Impact Muscle is one of the best products I’ve found.
I like the way the program uses HIIT. Often, you can over do it and end up over training. Or other programs can cause you to lose muscle mass.
